Description

Banana Sushi is a fun, healthy snack or dessert made with a banana rolled in a tortilla with tasty spreads and toppings. Perfect for kids and adults!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 taco-size flour tortilla (gluten-free works too)
  • 1 ripe but firm banana, peeled
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter, cream cheese, or Nutella (divided)
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts, freeze-dried strawberries, or shredded coconut (for topping)
  • 2 strawberries, thinly sliced (optional for filling)

Instructions

  1. Lay tortilla flat and spread 2 tbsp of your chosen filling (peanut butter, cream cheese, or Nutella).
  2. Place banana at one end and roll tightly.
  3. Spread remaining 1 tbsp filling on top and sprinkle with toppings.
  4. Slice into 1-inch pieces and serve!

Notes

  • Best served fresh to prevent browning.
  • Use ripe but firm bananas for easy rolling.
  • Customize with different spreads or toppings.
  • For nut-free, use sunflower seed butter or yogurt.
