- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Set up breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and Panko in a third.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat with Panko.
- Place breaded chicken in air fryer basket in single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and garlic powder to make sauce.
- Toss cooked chicken in sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately.

- Cut chicken into even pieces for consistent cooking.
- Don’t overcrowd air fryer – cook in batches if needed.
- For extra crispiness, spray breaded chicken lightly with oil before air frying.
