Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and Panko in a third.
  4. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat with Panko.
  5. Place breaded chicken in air fryer basket in single layer.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
  7. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and garlic powder to make sauce.
  8. Toss cooked chicken in sauce until evenly coated.
  9. Serve immediately.
