Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and cocoa powder, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture gently.
- Stir in chocolate chips and Heath toffee bits.
- Pour mixture into the pre-made pie crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
