Description

Fruit Pizza is a sweet and fun dessert featuring a soft cookie crust, creamy frosting, and vibrant fresh fruit toppings. Perfect for sharing at parties or family gatherings, it’s colorful, tasty, and easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (16.5 oz) sugar cookie dough (or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwis, grapes, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup fruit glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press cookie dough onto a greased pizza pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  4. Arrange sliced fruits on top in a decorative pattern.
  5. Brush with fruit glaze (if using) for a shiny finish.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm fruits to prevent sogginess.
  • Pat fruits dry before arranging to avoid excess moisture.
  • For a lighter version, substitute whipped cream or Greek yogurt for the cream cheese layer.
  • Best served the same day but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
