Description
A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad tossed in a sweet and tangy honey-lime poppy seed dressing. Perfect for picnics, sunny days, or a light dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 lb. strawberries, sliced or diced
- 1 lb. fresh pineapple, diced
- 3 mandarin oranges, peeled, segmented & cut in half
- 4 kiwis, peeled & diced
- 1–1½ cups blueberries (about 12 ounces)
- Juice of 3 limes
- 3 tsp honey
- ½ tsp poppy seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and poppy seeds to make the dressing. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine strawberries, pineapple, mandarin oranges, kiwis, and blueberries.
- If serving immediately, pour the desired amount of dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
- If serving later, cover and refrigerate the fruit for at least 1 hour. Add the dressing and toss just before serving.

- Use fresh, ripe fruits for the best flavor.
- You can mix and match fruits based on availability or preference.
- Prepare the dressing ahead of time and chill it to save prep time.
- Garnish with mint or extra poppy seeds for added freshness.
