Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad tossed in a sweet and tangy honey-lime poppy seed dressing. Perfect for picnics, sunny days, or a light dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. strawberries, sliced or diced
  • 1 lb. fresh pineapple, diced
  • 3 mandarin oranges, peeled, segmented & cut in half
  • 4 kiwis, peeled & diced
  • 1 cups blueberries (about 12 ounces)
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 3 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and poppy seeds to make the dressing. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, pineapple, mandarin oranges, kiwis, and blueberries.
  3. If serving immediately, pour the desired amount of dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
  4. If serving later, cover and refrigerate the fruit for at least 1 hour. Add the dressing and toss just before serving.
