- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cubed ham (or sliced)
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it’s heating.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Carefully transfer the dough onto a pizza pan or a pizza peel lightly dusted with cornmeal, if using a pizza stone.
- Spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce evenly across the surface of the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
- Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Distribute 1/2 cup of cubed ham, 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks, and 1/4 cup of cooked and crumbled bacon evenly on top of the mozzarella.
- Bake the pizza on the preheated pizza stone or in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Notes
- Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. If you can find fresh pineapple, it will make a big difference!
- Don’t overload the pizza with too many toppings; a little goes a long way.
- If you like a crispy crust, make sure your oven is hot enough and use a preheated pizza stone.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings like bell peppers or onions.
