Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin tin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the meatloaf muffins are cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
