Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

  • 1/2 cup cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add grits. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until thickened. Stir in the cheese until melted.
