Description

These refreshing Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles are the perfect summer treat, blending the sweetness of strawberries with the tangy zing of lemonade. Easy to make and fun for kids, they’re ideal for hot days, parties, or a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 container Simply Lemonade
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Add diced strawberries to a small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle sugar over the strawberries and mix well.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes until juices form. Lightly mash some strawberries, leaving most whole.
  4. Spoon the strawberry mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
  5. Pour Simply Lemonade over the strawberries, leaving a small gap at the top.
  6. Place the lid on the molds and insert popsicle sticks.
  7. Freeze for several hours until solid.

Notes

  • Run warm water over the outside of the mold for easy popsicle removal.
  • Store in an airtight container or in the mold if eating soon.
  • Popsicles can last up to a month in the freezer.
  • Stir the mixture gently while pouring if you want the strawberries mixed throughout.
  • Puree strawberries if a smoother texture is preferred.
