Description

Refreshing and vibrant Strawberry Mango Popsicles made with fresh fruit, perfect for cooling down on hot summer days. These healthy treats are naturally sweet, easy to make, and a hit with both kids and adults.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups strawberries
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 cups cubed mango
  • 1/3 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Add the strawberries, maple syrup, and lime juice to a small pot on medium heat. Let them cook for 5-10 minutes until the strawberries begin to soften.
  2. Transfer the strawberry mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Divide the strawberry mixture evenly into your popsicle molds.
  4. Clean the blender, then add the mango and orange juice. Blend until smooth.
  5. Divide the mango mixture evenly into the popsicle molds.
  6. Optionally, use a knife or a chopstick to swirl the mixtures in the molds for a marbled effect.
  7. Place the covers on the molds and insert popsicle sticks. Put them in the freezer overnight to set.
  8. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for about 30 seconds, then gently pull on the sticks.

Notes

  • Use ripe fruit for the best flavor.
  • If you want them a little sweeter, adjust the maple syrup according to your taste.
  • To make them creamier, you can add a little yogurt to the mango mixture.
  • These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for 2-3 months.
  • The cooking step for strawberries is optional but enhances flavor.
