- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 cups cubed mango
- 1/3 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, maple syrup, and lime juice to a small pot on medium heat. Let them cook for 5-10 minutes until the strawberries begin to soften.
- Transfer the strawberry mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide the strawberry mixture evenly into your popsicle molds.
- Clean the blender, then add the mango and orange juice. Blend until smooth.
- Divide the mango mixture evenly into the popsicle molds.
- Optionally, use a knife or a chopstick to swirl the mixtures in the molds for a marbled effect.
- Place the covers on the molds and insert popsicle sticks. Put them in the freezer overnight to set.
- To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for about 30 seconds, then gently pull on the sticks.
Notes
- Use ripe fruit for the best flavor.
- If you want them a little sweeter, adjust the maple syrup according to your taste.
- To make them creamier, you can add a little yogurt to the mango mixture.
- These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for 2-3 months.
