Description

A refreshing and healthy 3-ingredient treat perfect for summer snacking or a fun dessert. These Strawberry Yogurt Bites are easy to make, delicious, and great for all ages.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup granola (plus ¼ cup for topping)
  • 1 cup yogurt of choice (Greek recommended)
  • ¾ cup fresh strawberries (½ cup diced, ¼ cup sliced)

Instructions

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with liners or use a silicone pan.
  2. Add 2 tsp granola to the bottom of each cup.
  3. Mash diced strawberries into yogurt, leaving some chunks.
  4. Spoon 2 tbsp yogurt mixture into each cup.
  5. Press 1 tbsp sliced strawberries on top.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining granola.
  7. Freeze for 2–4 hours until firm.
  8. Thaw briefly before serving.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt for extra creaminess/protein.
  • Swap strawberries for blueberries, peaches, or bananas.
  • Add honey/maple syrup for sweetness if desired.
  • Store in freezer up to 1 month.
