A refreshing and healthy 3-ingredient treat perfect for summer snacking or a fun dessert. These Strawberry Yogurt Bites are easy to make, delicious, and great for all ages.

- ½ cup granola (plus ¼ cup for topping)
- 1 cup yogurt of choice (Greek recommended)
- ¾ cup fresh strawberries (½ cup diced, ¼ cup sliced)
Instructions
- Line a 12-cup muffin pan with liners or use a silicone pan.
- Add 2 tsp granola to the bottom of each cup.
- Mash diced strawberries into yogurt, leaving some chunks.
- Spoon 2 tbsp yogurt mixture into each cup.
- Press 1 tbsp sliced strawberries on top.
- Sprinkle with remaining granola.
- Freeze for 2–4 hours until firm.
- Thaw briefly before serving.
Notes
- Use Greek yogurt for extra creaminess/protein.
- Swap strawberries for blueberries, peaches, or bananas.
- Add honey/maple syrup for sweetness if desired.
- Store in freezer up to 1 month.
