- 1 can (15 oz) of Mandarin oranges in light syrup
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 box (4 serving size) Jell-O sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
Instructions
- Keep the Mandarin oranges in their syrup; do not drain.
- Chop the pineapple and bananas into chunks.
- In a large bowl, combine all the fruit.
- Evenly sprinkle the dry vanilla pudding mix over the fruit (do not mix with milk).
- Stir the mixture thoroughly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to keep the Mandarin oranges in their syrup. This adds extra sweetness and keeps the salad juicy.
- Feel free to add other fruits like strawberries or grapes to enhance the flavors.
- If you want a creamier texture, you can mix in some whipped topping before serving.
- Best enjoyed within a day or two, as the fruit may start to get soft.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
